Job Description

The Offshore Concept internship allows undergrads and graduating college students to have a feel on the opportunities and demands of working for a finance startup. The internship scope is carved out of the company's Junior Management Accountant Training Program (which is a 3-year program designed to prepare, train, and mentor high performing individuals for managerial finance positions).

As an intern, you will work closely with your assigned mentor. Unlike most internships where you spent most of your time doing very clerical work, in this role, you will have the opportunity to own and lead small projects from start to end, in the course of three months.

At Offshore Concept, we believe in training and mentorship as our core tenants, and we want the work we give you to be the training ground and stepping stone for your successful career in the future. You will be working in Ortigas.

Could you be who we are looking for?

Like its senior Management trainee role, this role requires that you possess passion for continuous learning. Natural curiosity for how things work is a must. You should have a good grasp of structure and strong desire to develop great organisational skills because, hey, you've got to know how to prioritise right? We love that you are confident but if that needs a bit of polishing, we can help you develop the right confidence that is required for success.

And oh, you need to possess a basic knowledge of how finance works. We can polish rough diamonds but we cannot do magic!
