Business Development Management Trainee


Job Description

Offshore Concept Consulting’s Management Program is a 3-year program designed to prepare, train, and mentor candidates to their fullest potential in one of the following areas: Finance, Business Development, and Operations.

As a Management Trainee for Business Development, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founding partner in pursuing one of the various projects that the company has invested in. Your role would include, and not limited to, exploring new revenue streams, validating market fit, building client relationships, crafting operations model, and establishing brand recognition.

After the three-year stint, you will have the opportunity for an equity stake in the projects that you have helped launched.

At Offshore Concept, we believe in training and mentorship as our core tenants, and we want the work we give you to be the training ground and stepping stone for your successful career or own entrepreneurial venture in the future. You will be working either in Ortigas, Makati, or BGC.

Minimum Qualifications

This role requires that you possess passion for continuous learning. Natural curiosity for how things work is a must. You should have a good grasp of structure and strong desire to develop great organisational skills because, hey, you've got to know how to prioritise right? We love that you are confident but if that needs a bit of polishing, we can help you develop the right confidence that is required for success.

And oh, you need to possess basic communication and social skills as the role requires constant interaction with the target market. We can polish rough diamonds but we cannot do magic!
