Role Overview:

The Marketing Associate for Brand is responsible for spearheading and overseeing all brand efforts of the assigned Rockwell Project, from campaigns, events, marketing materials and brand collaterals. He/She is a key talent that is involved in the end-to-end marketing process that is aimed to execute Rockwell’s strategies in the best way that’s aligned to the core values. He/She is also the face of Rockwell among its investors and stakeholders, uplifting the Rockwell brand in all his/her initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively involved in the research, conceptualization, product development of the assigned brand;
  • Maintains and promotes the brand image ensuring that all programs related to the brand are directly and strategically executed according to company standards;
  • Recommends and initiates innovative ideas to increase brand awareness to the target market;
  • Works collaboratively with other Marketing functions such as Creatives, Digital, PR and Events to ensure smooth implementation of all brand programs;
  • Analyzes research and data from internal and external knowledge to arrive at the best solution in helping Rockwell Land achieve its strategic business goals in the long-term;
  • Maintains the brand image through tactical partnerships with PR and advertising providers that helps strengthen and promote the brand;
  • Ensures and evaluates all correspondences related to the brand are executed properly to maintain stock sufficiency and brand reach,
  • Organizes and attends as the ambassador/ambassadress of Rockwell Land in marketing events for brand promotion (i.e. Socials, Press Conferences, Product Launches, etc.) and provides ample operational and PR support for the team.
  • Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Must be exposed/be experienced in project and event management, brand and product management, client management. Also has experience in implementing and evaluating marketing programs and plans.
