Job Description

Responsible for monitoring sales and reports such as the Inventory, Control Form, Consolidated Report, Sales Summary and Aging Report of all projects, Rockwell Land. She is expected to do booking of sales, tracking and routing of contracts, and updating of sales reports in real-time. She/he ensures delivery of accurate reports, especially in terms of figures and numbers, to serve as basis in forecasting, market profiling and monitoring of yearly budgets, targets and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates sales reports to ensure accurate status of the project inventory and sales figures.
  • Books sales in order for Credit and Collection to acknowledge and reflect payments in the system (CORE).
  • Tracks and routes contracts to all signatories involved in order for the contract to be notarized and therefore serve as an official document.
  • Prepares and applies alteration requests such as the following to make necessary changes in the system:
    • Change of Client Profile
    • Change of Unit
    • Cancellation of Account
    • Change of Ownership
    • Upgrade/Downgrade TCP
    • Cancel Rebook Account
    • Change of Payment Term
  • Sends out contracts via CBL/UPS for client’s signature or his/her notarized copy.
  • Tallies reports with Credit & Collection and Finance & Accounting every month-end to ensure accurate figures in the reports.
  • Prepares Sales-to-Date reports needed by the team heads and executives that serve as one of the basis for sales targets and budgets.
  • Checks and compares all Sales Admin reports to have reconciled files.
  • Attends Open-House events to monitor status of units, declare reservations and avoid double sales.
  • Compares the unit inventory with that from Tax and Design Teams before the scheduled turn-over to obtain final inventory of the project.
  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.

  • Reports directly to : Supervisor – Sales Administration
  • Manages directly: N/A
  • Coordinates with: Employees of other departments/sections within the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:
    • College graduate with a degree in Management or related business field.
  • ​​​​​​​Years of Related Experience:
    • No working experience is required for the position.

    • Must be able to multitask.
    • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Technical Skills Required
    • Proficient in MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
