Role Overview

• Oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive professional development and work-related learning and development programs that provides employees with the skills necessary to perform their duties effectively, improves organizational effectiveness and productivity, and which creates an environment that promotes professional growth.
• Plans, develops, and delivers a comprehensive employee development strategy that reflect the needs of employees and is aligned with and in the context of the Company’s strategic plan.
• Leads needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs.
• Investigates and implements innovative and creative training solutions, materials, methods, and programs to meet the development needs of employees.
• Works closely with HR management and client teams in development planning, presenting and evaluating learning and development programs, and specific learning activities designed to enhance and support job competency, leadership, performance management, teambuilding, communication, employment, and customer service.
• Formulates Learning and Development policies and procedures.
• Manages the learning process by measuring and evaluating the results of training interventions.
• Maintains a system to record all learning activity by designing and implementing a learning administration process.
• Supports and assists employees in developing career progression plans.

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
• At least 4 years in training and organizational development.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
