Job Description
The Client Account Management Team of Rockwell Land is the team that provides excellent customer service and after-sales hospitality. They are the over-all caretakers of the property investments by our most valued clients. Job Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant is mainly responsible for attending to clients' concerns related to sales documents and procedures. He/she assists clients in transferring of accounts and in processing of the title.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Management or Hospitality course.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
