Job Description

HR Business Partner
An HR Generalist. Exposed to the basic functions of HR, namely Resourcing, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Compenben Administration. Experienced in Talent Management and OD is a plus. A partner in supporting his/her client teams run their business successfully (i.e. efficiently, effectively and productively)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective and timely delivery of HR services to client teams in the areas of resourcing, learning and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Leads in the effective implementation of end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to identifying new and innovative ways to recruit and retain new talent.
  • Ensues recruitment and onboarding processes are consistent, thorough and effective according to prescribed company standards.
  • Evaluates external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment strategies and introduce recruitment initiatives responsive to changing market conditions.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR functional specialist to develop solutions, programs and policies related to learning and employee development or competency upgrading.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations on employee disciplinary issues.
  • Knowledgeable in legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing the company’s legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. (Partner with legal team as needed/required).
  • Works closely with client teams to improve work relationships, build employee morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation to client teams.
  • Mobilizes resources from the HR team to support effective HR management of the client teams.
  • Provides guidance and input on client teams’ organization structure, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt to ever changing working priorities and requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence across a broad range of people and teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, conceptual, and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, and excellent organization skills
  • Must be willing to work in Pampanga
