Job Description
- Identifies business development opportunities and selection of potential projects to develop based on corporate vision and strategic development plan.
- Ensures that product development and management decisions are based on well-studied parameters; performs market, technical and financial due diligence of projects; assists in performing the necessary legal due diligence.
- Assists in research and development that provides scientific market, economic and financial information / studies / analyses.
- Obtains Excom and Board approvals for viable projects.
- Manages the deal structuring, negotiations and documentation with landowners/business partners. A strong background in land acquisition is required.
- Prepares investment and baseline budgets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have a strong exposure and background in Business Development, strong preference for real estate experience (Manager - Senior Manager level).
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): financial analysis, negotiation, due diligence, project development and management.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Senior Manager specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
