Job Description
- Contact unit owners across all live projects of Affordable Housing for payment reminders and collection;
- Generate and print corresponding receipts and input in the system all payments received from unit owners;
- Reconcile daily collections through reports, online banking, and emails (Sales Team; Bayad Center);
- Prepare reports and presentation materials needed for business operations from time to time;
- Monitor aging accounts across all live projects and act on them accordingly;
- Administer documentation and Microsoft AX-related items as needed for business operations (RFP, LOI, etc.)
- Record and update existing files on new sales, active accounts, aging accounts, and month-end reports across live projects;
- Facilitate all commission requests filed by Sales Team;
- Perform other duties as may be required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be comfortable dealing with people (good customer interface and interpersonal skills)
- Possesses attention to details, able to multi-task, and has the initiative to deliver results
