Job Description

An HR Generalist. Exposed to the basic functions of HR, namely Resourcing, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Compenben Administration. Experienced in Talent Management and OD is a plus.

A partner in supporting his/her client teams run their business successfully (i.e. efficiently, effectively and productively)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures effective and timely delivery of HR services to client teams in the areas of resourcing, learning and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Leads in the effective implementation of end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to identifying new and innovative ways to recruit and retain new talent.
  • Ensues recruitment and onboarding processes are consistent, thorough and effective according to prescribed company standards.
  • Evaluates external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment strategies and introduce recruitment initiatives responsive to changing market conditions.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR functional specialist to develop solutions, programs and policies related to learning and employee development or competency upgrading.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations on employee disciplinary issues.
  • Knowledegable in legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing the company’s legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. (Partner with legal team as needed/required).
  • Works closely with client teams to improve work relationships, build employee morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation to client teams.
  • Mobilizes resources from the HR team to support effective HR management of the client teams.
  • Provides guidance and input on client teams’ organization structure, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • With at least 3 years work-related experience in general HR is required for this position.
  • Exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR facets including resourcing, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations and HR administration.
