Job Description
- Cultivates construction cost estimation
- Knowledgeable on advance facility requirements on budget and available market data
- Quantify the cost of material and labor of every project
- Familiar with the specifications and interpretations of multiple designs and plans
- Participate and flexible in estimation efforts
- Monitors the materials on every assigned project under close supervision
- Layouts, blueprints and bills of materials undergone analization of specification tohether with calculation of the cost through the data given
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- At least two (2) to ten (10) years relevant experience as Cost Estimator
- Experience in fast-paced and complex organization
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent skills in writing and analytical thinking together with verbal and interpersonal communications
- Self-motivated and keen into details
