Job Description
- Answers client’s queries into timely manner.
- Explain all the necessary procedures and engage for more cross selling with the clients.
- Understand business procedures and communicate transaction to designated OCIC Department.
- Collaboration and overall management in customer service of each departments.
- Monitor and update client’s information online.
- Supervise other customer service staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor/College Degree of any four-year courses.
- Strong analytical and managerial skills.
- Excellent in problem solving.
- Bilingual in spoken language (Mandarin and English).
