Job Description
- Responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing the tax plan of the client.
- Accurately and efficiently manage client’s tax reporting and planning and ensuring compliance of all tax laws.
- Develop and implement process flow to ensure client satisfaction promoting quality and accuracy.
- Ensure updates adhering to tax regulations, new laws and development.
- Identify issues that may lead to tax dealings.
- Supervise, mentor, delegate duties and review the performance of the staff.
- Deliver full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent, consulting and expertise.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Maintain tax balances on general ledger and bookkeeping.
- Prepare all tax letter.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, compliance and all types of tax returns.
- Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
- Very good in meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional client service along with ability to develop excellent client relationship.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Analytical and keen in detail orientation.
- Certified Public Accountant
