Property Consultant  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers technical and procedural questions of the clients.
• Make use of the company tools to attract more clients.
• Organize an everyday work schedule for the existing or potential clients on request to purchase, lease, manage, or sell property
• Research and analyse the type of sales outlet or trade factor and alter the content of sales presentation if needed.
• Negotiate with the owner representative in terms of the dealing of properties.
• Submit a daily reports to the management.
• Observe and monitor the competitors innovations by getting the information needed to boost the company’s profile.
• Suggest if there are changes in service, policy and products by assessing the competitive developments and results.
• Settle the customer complaints and take an action.
• Keep the past records of the customer sales and provide it if necessary.
• Accomplish the things that are needed by contributing it to the team.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• A least 2 to 3-year experience in the real estate industry.
• Have strong and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Use time management wisely and effectively.
• Organized and keen to details.
• Easily to adapt in multinational environment.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Willing to learn new things.
• Must show professionalism at all times.
• Willing to do field work.
