Job Description
- Enters daily financial transactions appropriately;
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy;
- Review expenses and make reimbursement
- Processes payments as well as documents like invoices
- Makes bank deposits as keep up records
- Administer accounting collections and receivables from customers.
- Must maintain all accounting records.
- Perform all other tasks assigned from time to time by the Manager and/or OCIC Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to understand accounting terminologies;
- Good Communication skills both oral and written;
- Trustworthy, attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies
- Able to do multi-tasking, positive working attitude and highly organized
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Presentation and etc.
