Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating debt collection calls/transactions.
- Audit the agents to ensure that they are following the set standards provided by the company.
- Delivers feedback to Team Leaders and Managers for continuous improvement and support in a timely manner.
- To set trends based on the audit results and recommend action plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least one year experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (preferably with a collection background) OR Collection Agent looking to advance into a QA Role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Results-driven individual with exemplary planning and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Copes well with the change and comfortably adapts to new situations.
- Able to prioritize tasks, multi-task and meet goals.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Self-confident and has a positive demeanor.
- Can work independently.
