Job Description
- Conduct a weekly physical count of inventories, which includes tracking of incoming and outgoing stocks, items for replenishment, and expiry dates of products
- Provide a sales report of each branch on a daily basis and ensure end of day sales are balanced
- Responsible for training and leading branch staff and province feedback on performance which include familiarity with processes, POS system and product knowledge, customer service handling, and managing staff’s dress code and appearance
- Second point of contract in resolving and handling customer’s complaints in each store
- Communication and implementation of memos and information across branches and staff
- Ensure all incident reports are being logged, resolved, and reported to head office
- Maintain overall functionality and appearance of the store
- Replenishment of branch petty cash and float money
- Oversee application of mall and business permits and other government-related requirements
- Perform other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as area supervisor, store supervisor, assistant manager or similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues
- Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple projects and make decision
