Job Description
- Delivers clerical support to the Accounting Department.
- Prepares bank deposits and general ledgers.
- Prepares check vouchers and checks for disbursements.
- Monitors and reconciles daily sales of stores.
- Prepares and maintains accounting records and files.
- Daily data entry of accounting transactions.
- Provides assistance and support to other personnel of the company.
- May investigate and review accounting problems, and/ or inconsistencies.
- Performs general administrative task.
- Other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or its equivalent.
- 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Good analytical and problem solving skill.
- Excellent organization/ time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Very good skills in Microsoft office programs specifically in Microsoft Excel.
- Can work with minimum supervision and can handle pressure.
