Job Description
- Provide a sales report of each branch on a daily basis.
- Ensure end of day sales are balanced in each branch.
- Monitor weekly inventory of products in each branch.
- Be responsible for staff handling, ensuring each staff is familiar with system and process.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide good customer service.
- Train new hires.
- Handle customers' complaints in each store.
- Communicate memos and information across branches and staff.
- Ensure all incident reports are being logged, resolved, and reported to head office.
- Maintain overall appearance of the store.
- Oversee application of business permits and other government related requirements.
- Improve the existing procedures for outgoing and incoming resources.
- Track inventory for the warehousing department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager.
- Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Demonstrates leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Has a collaborative management style.
- Persuasive with details and facts.
- Able to delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Willing to work remotely.
