Job Description
- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintains all the records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Paying and reporting government benefits contribution
- Making reimbursement and disbursement of payroll
- Making sure Cash Flow is always up to date
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year experience in the same field
- Good comprehension and communication Skills written and verbal
- Basic knowledge in finance/accounting
