Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will help our client to implement cost reducing solutions in a cost-effective manner.
In this important role, you will determine the requirements of a project or program and communicate these clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
Your duties will involve:
- Taking the lead on managing and communicating project requirements
- Assisting with business cases
- Understanding project requirements and undertaking analysis
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Assessing completed solutions against project requirements
- Interpretation of complex customer data to create valuable insights and understanding for the business
- Develop automation of reports through excel
- Segmentation of, and Quantitative analysis on, vast data sets
- Help define future analysis projects and make recommendations to the management/stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong Excel Skills
- Excellent customer data and insight analytics skill set
- Experience in online marketing would be a bonus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
