Job Description
- You will have to ask the client a series of questions to see if they are qualified
- Making sure all the details provided are correct
- Explain products and services in detail
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet and do an ocular visit for qualified clients
- Obtain or verify customer information, including address, phone number and other relevant information
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English
- Must be AGGRESSIVE and CONFIDENT and EAGER to set an appointment
- Must have good comprehension and communication Skills written and verbal
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- With at least 6 months BPO experience
