Job Description
- Provide analysis and recommendation for legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations and privileges of the organization.
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
- Review contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies
- Monitor the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customer specifications and adherence to organization policy
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Law
- Have 5 years or more experience in Corporate Law
- In-depth knowledge of contract documents, legal spesification and other legal activities in corporate action
- Preferably worked in Law Firm
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
- Strong analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
