Job Description
- Perform admin functions for IT department and the CIO
- Service desk attendant, facilitates communication to the end users for their interactions to IT.
- Ensuring tickets are assigned, monitors status and do follow ups to the technical analyst as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any IT-related course
- Familiarity with IT Services (incidents/requests)
- Keen to details
- With pleasing peresonality
- With good English verbal and written communication
- Willing to work in Alabang
- Willing to undergo a project-based employment with 6 months initial contract which is renewable depending on the performance.
