Job Description

  • Perform admin functions for IT department and the CIO
  • Service desk attendant, facilitates communication to the end users for their interactions to IT.
  • Ensuring tickets are assigned, monitors status and do follow ups to the technical analyst as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any IT-related course
  • Familiarity with IT Services (incidents/requests)
  • Keen to details
  • With pleasing peresonality
  • With good English verbal and written communication
  • Willing to work in Alabang
  • Willing to undergo a project-based employment with 6 months initial contract which is renewable depending on the performance.
