Job Description
- Will provide Level 1 SIEM monitoring
- Conducts Initial investigation and processing of alerts and security threats
- Resource will provide Escalation of incidents to the responsible parties
- Handle Ticket aging using companies ticketing tools
- Will do coordination from escalation to case resolution
- Will do ad-hoc task if needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must have experience in Splunk or other SIEM monitorig tools
- Knowledge wirth McAfee security would be of great advatage
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
- Can start as soon as possible preffered
- Must be willing to work on 12 months project base employment with absorbtion depending on performance
- Willing to work either in Ortigas or Taguig
