Job Description
- Remote correspondence with existing and new customers on:
- Renewing maintenance agreements.
- Validating leads and passing it on to the appropriate Account Managers.
- Monitor the amount of threshold.
- Manage and close the deal remotely.
- Transfer to appropriate Account Manager if deals develop and open up larger opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads from principals, events, websites, and other sources.
- Perform ad-hoc task if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in:
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Inside Sales experience is also higly preffered.
- Background in developing or managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in BGC, The Fort.
