Job Description
- Provide technical support and handle deployment for web applications being used by several business units.
- This includes both custom (Java and PHP) and off the shelf applications.
- Administer applications like ServiceDesk Plus and Alfresco CMS.
- Coordinate with Site Admins for any changes affecting their end.
- Coordinate with third party vendors for level 3 support and discuss improvements for the applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Application Support.
- Good knowledge of PHP, Java, and database (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City,Taguig.
- Willing to undergo a projectbased employment with 6 months initial contract which is renewable depending on the performance.
