Job Description
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients specifically from Banks and Telco industries.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any field.
- At least 5 years experience in any related field.
- Proven experience and background in selling IT Solutions and Systems Integration products.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Managed Services.
- Solid background in managing clients from the Banking Industry.
- Extensive experience in dealing with clients and conducting client presentation and negotiation.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated success in building relationships with clients.
- Preferably those who can start asap or after 30 days notice or less.
- Willing to work in Makati or Taguig.
