Job Description

The IT Helpdesk Support is responsible for Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. He/she will also be troubleshooting system and network problems as well as diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's / College degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in PC Troubleshooting / Technical Support.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Windows and Mac operating system.
  • Experienced with Networking and Server Management is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good client-facing skills.
  • Willing to undergo a project base employment of 6 months to 1 year with absorption depending on performance.
  • WIlling to be assigned in Cebu City.
  • Can start ASAP.
