Job Description
- Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project / operational requirements.
- Perform daily system monitoring.
- Verify the integrity and availability of the following:
- All hardware
- Server resources
- Systems and key processes
- Reviewing system and application logs
- Verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Systems Administration.
- Preferably with Linux background.
- Knowledge in Unix.
- HP-UX, IBM-AIX, Sun-Solaris, Redhat Linux, Unbreakable Linux, Windows
- Experience with Databases.
- Oracle, MySQL, etc.
