Job Description
- Will be handling account related queries including but not limited to:
- new subscription
- account upgrade/downgrade
- billing of n international telco company
- Mid-shift (12nn-9pm) with Sat-Sun or Sun-Mon fixed rest day
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Willing to work in a day time
- Must have an experience in Telco account for at least 6 months
- Has B2B or B2C experience
- Having sales background is a plus
- Good English communication skills (speaking and listening)
- Driven and passionate to succeed
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas,Pasig City.
