Job Description
We are looking for an administrative assistant for a top performing unit in our branch in Quezon City!
Responsibilities:
- Assist our team's conultants in their paperworks and other admin needs
- Manage and distribute information to consultants
- Maintain files and important documents of the team
- Provide admin support to Unit Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Skilled in clerical and organizational tasks;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
