Job Description

  • Identify development potential in accounts by:
    • Studying current business.
    • Interviewing key customer and company personnel who have worked with the customer.
    • Identifying and evaluating additional need.
    • Analyzing opportunities.
  • Initiate sales process by:
    • Building a relationship.
    • Qualifying potential.
    • Scheduling appointments.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective and lead customers to any trade show or exhibit events.
  • Develop sales by:
    • Making an initial presentation.
    • Explaining product and service enhancements and additions.
    • Introducing new products and services.
  • Develop new applications by:
    • Preparing specification.
    • Conferring with Product Managers, Sales Managers, and principals.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
  • Contribute information to sales strategies by:
    • Evaluating current product results.
    • Identifying needs to be filled.
    • Monitoring competitive products.
    • Analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  • Update job knowledge by:
    • Participating in seminars and other educational opportunities.
    • Reading professional publication.
    • Maintaining personal networks.
    • Participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by:
    • Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request.
    • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Experience in the same position.
  • Preferably with experience from PRINTING / DISTRIBUTION industry.
  • Proven substantiated sales track record.
  • People management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong prospecting account management skills.
  • Customer-service oriented and sales driven.
  • Aggressive in introducing selling the product with clients.
  • Willing to work on extended hours.
  • Can start immediately.
