Job Description
- Updating Net Suite as required and entering SO / Contracts.
- Preparing and submitting DTR – BioMetrics for Sales and Marketing Team
- Preparing & submitting all Flight & Accom bookings for approval ( Ensuring best quotes etc) – This support function provided to Sales, Marketing & Service
- Review all Expense & Travel reports before final submission to approving authority & accounting
- Ensuring that all requests for Equipment purchasing etc have the correct Item & Part numbers - This will support the Purchasing function
- Book customer meetings/ appointments for both new opportunities and existing customers.
- Work with Sales team to provide reports as requested by other functions
- Help to keep up to date and cleanse the Net Suite sales database and ensure both sales & marketing databases are co-ordinated.
- Prepare & manage sample sales kits & Brochures as required and manage the Brochure cupboard & stocking/upkeep etc
- Preparation of Government Bids / Tenders before submitting to Accounting.
- Facilitate the sourcing grid for the substrate, resources, & other materials required for Demos, Test Print & Exhibitions etc. Assist with sourcing Media Substrates.
- Liaison between Sales and Marketing for Events, Exhibitions, Demos etc. Liaison with Service and CCA as required.
- Manage the Half Yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Other Sales Admin tasks as required, including secretarial support in Meetings as required
- Follow-up reminders as required and assist preparation for Sales Funnel Reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Business Course others or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in administrative support or equivalent.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects/task at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be detailed orientation.
