Job Description
- Works on Team Members’ involvement on the short or long-term store or company goals thru effective shift huddles, and individual coaching.
- Make sure food is of the right quality and within company standards.
- Manages inventory and company's allotted budget as well as keeping accurate records.
- Manages health and hygiene procedures.
- Organize and oversee the work of the kitchen team members and shift leaders.
- Decides which tasks need to be done and share these among the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-years experience as Kitchen Supervisor.
