Job Description
- Oversees the overall operations and sales of the branch
- Check the individual and group monthly sales pipeline/quota
- Negotiating good strategic location of the selling area in various establishments
- Establishing good rapport to clients/customers and/or suppliers and partners of the organization
- Introducing new product-lines and collections for good promotional and marketing strategies
- Doing constant competitor’s product and promotion evaluation and assessment – ensuring to have concurrent and comparable promotional activities to competitors; and advancing sales order to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target of the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder of any business-related courses
- Must have obtained at least 2 years background in the same industry
- Must possess strong leadership and decision making skills with high level of maturity towards work and responsibilities
- Must be persistent; optimistic; resilient to changes and to organization’s/team’s initiatives
