Job Description
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.
- Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Male
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Preferably Supervisor / At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience is required for this position.
- Must possess excellent mathematical, statistical and analytical abilities; Skills to manage time efficiently and effectively; Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting and coordinating work within the divisions of the organization
- Computer Literate with emphasis on Word, Excel and have the ability to compile, analyze, interpret relevant statistical data; Good verbal communication and listening skills; Ability to use initiative to think through problems to find solutions
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting of deadlines
- Ability to manage at least Fifteen (15) people; can also handle logistics

The first branch operated was in Munoz which was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on January 29, 1999 and started its operation on March 12, 1999. Mindanao Station started to operate in February 16, 2009 and Balintawak Station was established in July 10, 2009.
