Job Description
The Line Haul Operations Coordinator shall optimize truck utilization by overseeing the truck management (pick up and delivery of parcels) in various Ninja Van locations across Greater Metro Manila area.
- Plan truck schedules (pick up and delivery) and assign drivers
- Manage drivers' schedules and concerns
- Monitor and log all expenses, including petty cash use.
- Monitor log of shipments on Gsheets and Ninja Van software
- Coordinate with Hub Managers across multiple Ninja Van locations
- Provide good judgment in ensuring all problems are solved in an effective and timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in handling truck management or related logistics background
- Willing to work in Angeles, Pampanga; May visit Pasig office from time to time.
- Can work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel or GoogleSheets
- Able to multi-task and work with teams in various off-site locations
