Job Description
- Support the Finance Manager and the Senior Accountant in the daily operations of the unit.
- Provide accurate reports required in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Checks finance forms and attachments, submitted by the operations, sales, or support teams, required to facilitate cash advances, petty cash, etc. and processes the same forms when found valid
- Create, send and follow-up billing invoices, ensuring that billing invoices follow the contract's terms
- May be assigned to handle treasury, account receivable, or account payable
- May also be tasked to closely work with NINJA VAN's regional Finance Director based in the main office in Singapore
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 - 6 years of experience in an accounting function, preferably accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Highly knowledgeable of Accounting and Finance principles and protocols
- Detail oriented
- Mastery of excel
- Tech savvy; Able to quickly adapt to technology and online apps
