Job Description
The Sales Manager shall ensure a healthy client pipeline to meet the sales team's targets. The Key Responsibilities are:
- Report to the management team sales team’s performance metrics
- Proactively search for client leads and assign leads to the Sales Executives
- Make informed decisions on behalf of the Heads of Sales if the latter is not available
- Work closely with other departments in ensuring that client needs are promptly and sufficiently addressed
Minimum Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM Software a plus.
- Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL and Script Writing is an advantage.
- Prior experience with Performance Analyzation
