Job Description
Candidates will be expected to acquire a broad-based understanding of process flows within both departments, and assist their respective managers as necessary.
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
- Fielding telephone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Word processing
- Creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Filing
- Purchasing office supplies
- Supervising of messengers and general cleaning personnel
- Contact suppliers for office needs (laptops, office furniture, etc.)
- Negotiate pricing with supplies
Minimum Qualifications
- Outstanding familiarity with MS Office/Google suite of applications
- Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required
- Comfortable with consumer technology in general
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Meticulousness, and with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Comfortable with a start-up working environment
- Willing to work in Pasig City
