Job Description
- Manages the day-to-day operations of a Ninja Station in your locality.
- Oversees the seamless transition of goods from Pick-Up to customer deliveries on-time, in-full, and in good condition.
- Monitors channel capacity and communicates with key stakeholders to develop plans in case of gaps
- Recommends options and game plans on logistical activities.
- Investigates failures, identifies, and understands root causes.
- Drives continues improvement.
- Recruits, trains, manages, and leads Ninja's fleet of drivers and driver-partners.
- Conducts regular meetings, orientation, trainings as deemed necessary.
- Works closely with our Customer Service Team.
