Job Description
- Ensure effective communication between NINJA VAN and its customers in a courteous and emphatic manner
- Familiarize company services and operational protocols in order to provide accurate information and timely feedback to customers' querries
- Identify customer's issue and provide prompt solutions or alternatives
- May be tasked to monitor performance of Customer Service Operations Assistants
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate preferred
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in a customer service role
- Familiar with zendesk platform
- Excellent listening comprehension
- Knowledge in courier service operations is an advantage
