Finance Manager  

As Ninja Van expands its operations in the Philippines, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who can provide financial oversight and guidance across the business. Must possess a passion for process, structure and a keen eye for detail.

Reporting directly to the Country Head, this role will demand a solutions-oriented individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally and to play an instrumental role in a new and rapidly growing organization. A proven track record managing operational finance and leading a team are key. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the important role that finance and accounting plays in business success.

What you'll do:

• Manage a full set of company accounts.
• Developing & implementing the financial processes required to operate and build the business – revenue, cash, assets, A/P.
• Enforcement of document compliance to ensure legitimacy & accuracy of revenue, A/P, A/R, costs etc.
• Planning & overseeing improvements to financial management systems including billing, payroll, A/P and others.
• Overseeing the preparation & filing of all required state and local taxes.
• Overseeing cash management ensuring adequacy of working capital and cash balances.
• Control over-all corporate expenses.
• Managing relationships with client finance teams and professional service vendors such as Banks and Auditors.
• Providing technical accounting leadership, interpreting existing and proposed accounting guidance and communicating its impact on our business and financial statements.

• 4+ years accounting team management experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, & Speaking) a must.
• Experience in a high-growth and rapidly changing culture. Must be able to work with a strong sense of urgency, both and an individual contributor and as a team leader.
• Passion for problem-solving, improving and/or implementing processes.
• High level of proficiency with Excel and financial systems.
• Team Player with strong organizational skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Results-driven and stakeholder-focused.
