Job Description

The Senior Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Head of Customer Service in meeting or exceeding departmental KPIs.

  • Manage team leaders to ensure that KPIs are met and are maintained
  • Provide support to team leaders in managing their teams and in handling customer concerns.
  • Undertake the performance management of the team leaders against key performance measures.
  • Ensure that periodical performance management and coaching sessions are accomplished.
  • Monitor and ensure that escalated issues and concerns are resolved in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a degree holder
  • High comfort level in using MS Excel, PPT or equivalent Google programs (GSlides, GSheets)
  • Must have extensive skills in using ticketing systems
  • Can generate creative solutions
  • Has good critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Can work well under pressure
