Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy

Measure and report the effectiveness of sorting activities and employee performance

Ensures security measures and control

Inventory management

Enforces FIFO (First In, First Out) on parcels

Conducts performance evaluation

Identify Areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Ensure proper implementation of sorter discipline at all times

Assign, guidance, supervise and support staffs in the daily warehouse operations in order to ensure compliance with the processes and procedures have been issued

Check and make sure all parcels are managed properly.

Supervise the classification of parcels by daily delivery route to riders

Ensure all warehouse operations will be carried out on time, in accordance with quality requirements.

Coordinate with other departments to carry in & out activities and handle related situations

Responsible and prevent loss of parcels in stock

Handle and solve problems arising in the process of work for safety issues

Reporting and performing daily work required by management

Above average understanding of last mile logistic operations

Proven supervisory or team management experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Thorough; Sharp and quick thinking

Good judgment

Basic knowledge in MS Excel; Data processing and analysis

Values excellence, integrity, and fairness

Hardworking, careful, honest & good communication.

Can build rapport with sorters, dispatchers and mid-level Managers

Spoken and written fluency in both English and Tagalog

Can work in a high-pressure environment

Sunday to Friday work schedule

Must be willing to work in Taguig

Expected to work in the night shift to ensure smooth operations
