Job Description
The Partnership Executive shall execute partnership strategies for Ninja Van's expansion into Philippines to produce double-digit m-o-m sales growth.
- This includes mapping and prospecting clients in e-commerce as well as other sectors requiring NV's logistics services
- Responsible to drive revenue & volume from vertical market (i.e: e-Commerce, Financial Institution & Professional Services, FMCG, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and sector research to support business case development and external pitches for new revenue streams / entry into new market segments / innovative new solutions for existing clients
- Onboarding of new clients and subsequent shipper support to use NV's systems
- Preparing marketing material to help with new client acquisition
- Monitoring of client accounts and maintaining client relationships
- Determine ongoing and potential high-value partnership activities, monitoring success of current partners and engaging potential future partners
- Ensure internal coordination and strong feedback loops between sales, operations, and product, focusing on building a business and processes that can scale
- Manage a rigorous follow-up process aimed at building relationships with directors and senior decision-makers
- Operate as a trusted advisor to both of your new and existing partners and unlock all the commercial opportunities
- Report sales metrics for internal purposes
- Closely work with Management to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), Presentation tools;
- Proficient in database management utilizing SQL
- Proficient in written and oral English and Tagalog;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Customer-oriented - possesses the mindset of understanding customer needs;
- College graduate/experience in logistics or e-commerce industries preferred;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
