Job Description

The Business Partners shall act as dedicated HR officers to Unit Heads and shall represent their assigned unit’s to the internal HR team.

The BPs shall work closely with the HR internal teams, advising the appropriate HR sub-unit of the assigned units’ needs and monitoring the progress of projects or action items in response to such needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Key driver for the Human Resource's policy and program development as well as the execution of strategic priorities in partnership with the unit heads
  • Manpower requirements coordination with the Unit Heads and Recruitment Team
  • Monitoring and handling of career succession planning needs supporting and providing guidance on the promotion processes during the annual performance appraisal cycle
  • Facilitate feedback processes for implemented company policies, employee engagement, and employee input initiatives and action plans
  • Analyzes data, trends, and reports to determine causes of unit problems and counsel continuous improvement recommendations
  • Generate reports as requested (i.e. weekly program reports, special studies, etc.)
  • Promote positive employee relations

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Human Resources Department
  • With extensive experience in project management, stakeholder management, and relationship building
  • Solid background in Talent and Performance Management, Employee Services, and Employee/Labor Relations
  • Above-average communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino
  • Advanced computer proficiency particularly in Microsoft Office
