Job Description
- Be the custodian of productivity enhancing processes across our regional sales organization
- Use data and communicate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Make and justify recommendations to senior management and other internal stakeholders
- Assist in training our local (country) sales teams on new systems and processes
- Ensure that our sales personnel have access to the right tools to perform well
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical or quantitative field such as science, business, or mathematics
- High level of comfort with data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to interact and build relationships with people of different backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and motivation with effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to requests and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude

Experience in launching and scaling systems and processes across large, multinational organisations is required
