Job Description
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our young and stellar team as Operations Assistants. Selected candidates join our growing team as important crew members who are directly responsible for ensuring holistic operational excellence. Being the startup that we are, outstanding candidates will have ample opportunities to rise through the ranks
You will be in charge of preparing parcels for delivery to Ninja Van stations across the Philippines.
- Basic computer use
- Manual sorting of parcels per area of coverage
- Packing
- Loading
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity with various parts of Metro Manila and nearby provinces
- Computer literate
- Can work independently and as a member of a team
- Extremely self-motivated, organized and responsible
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Prior experience with a start-up will be a huge plus
- Prior experience with working in a warehouse is preferred but not required
- Shifting schedule, but may be assigned to one definite shift
